“The 14th annual festival is now accepting entries for the 2007 festival. The festival is seeking innovative works that are ‘by,’ ‘about’ or ‘for’ the Latino community, that have been produced between 2005-2007, as well as Spanish-language productions. This is a competitive festival with awards given to Best Animated Feature and Best Animated Short. “
