“The Hispanic population in Waukesha County has grown by more than 23% in five years, according to 2005 population estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau, and growth could continue at an even faster rate, said Anselmo Villarreal, executive director of La Casa de Esperanza in Waukesha.

He attributed part of the growth to the debate surrounding illegal immigration.”
