“Ambassador Icaza’s visit to Indianapolis will focus on the United States/Mexico relations, specifically involving Indiana.

Some of the issues likely to be discussed are detailed in a new study by the Mexican Consulate and the Sagamore Institute, directed by Sagamore senior researcher John Clark, titled “Connecting Mexico and the Hoosier Heartland”.
