In fact, the Taper bills the production as “Water and Power by Richard Montoya for Culture Clash.” And, although generously peppered with moments of satiric hilarity, Water and Power is a deadly serious tragedy. No, this is not your “usual” Culture Clash event. Still, Culture Clash has once again brought a powerfully entertaining experience to its Los Angeles audience.”
