Immigration and health care are separate issues, officials say
“On the eve of a public hearing here on immigration, several advocates for illegal immigrants said at a press conference today that health care reform does not belong in immigration reform legislation.
“Creating a climate of fear … will cause early cases of potential epidemics to go unnoticed,” Danny Vincent, managing director for HealthSTAT, said.”
