But the El Milagro tortillas are new to me, and I love them.
The paper wrapping doesn’t keep them fresh for long. Stick them in the fridge and they’ll stale (you can make chips, quesadillas or chilaquiles with them). In the freezer, they’ll hold on to their freshness a little longer. Hold them at room temperature in a plastic bag and they’ll mold in a heartbeat.”
