“The U.S. Government, through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), announced today 10 new university partnerships between the U.S. & Mexico as part of the Training, Internships, Exchanges and Scholarships (TIES) program. Assistant Administrator, Adolfo Franco, officially announced the U.S. & Mexican university recipients in a ceremony in Washington, D.C.

“TIES university partnerships demonstrate the true potential of collaboration among both of our countries. These institutions not only impart knowledge that serves development, but also imparts cross cultural understanding that is critical in addressing the problems of an often divided world,” said Franco.”
