“Bolstered by a new $100,000 grant, the 15th annual Latino American Festival in Syracuse will feature two superstars in the Hispanic community, new games for children and cold beer.
The Spanish Action League, which received the grant from the New York State Music Fund, will host a 10 a.m. news conference today at Hawthorn Suites hotel in Armory Square to announce that Andy Montanez and Ismael Miranda will headline the festival planned for 1 to 10 p.m. Aug. 19 and 20 in Clinton Square.”
