“Washington County has seen the largest increase in new Hispanic residents among Oregon counties since 2004, new census estimates show.

Nearly 4,000 Hispanics have moved into or have been born in the county since 2004, a 6 percent jump. That’s 1,200 more than Marion County, which saw the second largest number of Hispanic newcomers.”
