“The crackdown on illegal immigrants in Hazleton may be forcing more and more people to move out of the city. “For Rent” signs are becoming a common site in the Luzerne County city.
Recently Hazleton officials passed a law that cracks down on those who rent to illegal immigrants and businesses that hire illegals. Some believe the new law is driving out those who are in the country illegally.”
