“A sport utility vehicle crammed with illegal immigrants swerved to avoid a Border Patrol spike strip and rolled over, killing nine people and injuring at least 12 others, officials said.

Five of the injured were in critical condition, Sheriff’s Maj. Leon Wilmot said”
