“Educators need to build a connection between families and schools in order to curb the high Latino , an Aurora University graduate told East Aurora school officials and representatives of community organizations this week.

Masters of Social Work Bridget LeSure suggested that school officials make more personal contact, pay home visits when necessary, send letters, host school fairs and other on-campus activities, and offer prizes and incentives to who show up at school events or respond quickly to letters home.”
