“A couple of scam artists seem to be targeting older Latino women in Seminole County. An 87-year-old woman said she was taken advantage of and now her life savings were gone.
In her 87 years, Anita Ribot has always found the time to help those in need, a trait that has only grown with age. Just ask her daughter.
“When you get older, you just want to help everybody,” said Raquell Castillo Veitia, the victim’s daughter.”
