“An all-time record of 17 Hispanic priests are serving the Arlington Diocese in parishes with services catering to the Hispanic community.

In addition to this growing group of priests, at least 28 non-Hispanic priests, including Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde, are fully or partially bilingual in both English and Spanish.

This combined group explains how the diocese has had priests for the many Saturday and Sunday Masses and for other special days or events that require a Hispanic or bilingual priest.”
