“The National Association of Hispanic Publications (NAHP) will honor Coors Brewing Company with a Presidential Award in recognition of the company’s efforts to build recognition of Hispanic community leaders. The Lideres campaign showcases key Hispanic leaders in print ads that will run in Hispanic publications in Dallas/Ft. Worth, New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco/San Jose and Phoenix and nationally in magazines this summer and fall. Coors Brewing Company has been designated for the NAHP Award by Lupita Colmenero, President of the Board. The Award will be presented at the Chicago Ad Summit Awards Dinner on Friday, August 25th at the Allegro Hotel.
“It is important for our youth to have role models. It is important for our young Hispanic community to remember the past and to focus on a prosperous future. Coors has gone beyond that laudable goal to embrace more minority owned media businesses as partners,” said Lupita Colmenero. “
