Hispanic advocate fined for stacking in Morristown, New Jersey

“Esperanza Porras-Field, a prominent Hispanic figure in Morris County, and a man with whom she co-owned a house in Morristown, pleaded guilty to three tenant overcrowding, or stacking, charges in Harding Municipal Court on Wednesday.

As part of a plea agreement, three overlapping stacking charges against Porras-Field and Sergio Dominguez, who owned a house at 13 Logan Place, were dismissed.”
