“Three San Diego men who prosecutors said are members of a notorious prison gang were sentenced yesterday to lengthy prison terms on charges ranging from conspiracy to kidnapping.
Arthur Torres, 48, and Julio Contreras, 26, each were sent to prison for life. A third defendant, Francisco Gongora, 39, was sentenced to 28 years in prison. A San Diego Superior Court jury convicted all of the men of multiple felony charges in December.”
