“In an announcement that is not surprising but at the same time disheartening, the Mexican Federal police has closed a three-year investigation into the deaths of 14 young women murdered in Juarez, Mexico.

Three years ago, when the Federal officials took over the investigation from the state police in Chihuahua, they promised to find the killer(s) behind these inhumane rapes and strangulations.”
