Miami Beach-based Estefan Enterprises and Mark Burnett Productions, the TV titan behind The Apprentice and Survivor, on Thursday announced a partnership to produce television, mobile phone and Internet entertainment aimed at the burgeoning population of bilingual, bicultural Hispanics.”
