“American corporations are trying to tap into the growing Hispanic consumer market and two Dallas firms are positioning themselves to find employees sensitive to the Hispanic culture. They say it’s more than just hiring someone who is bilingual.

“The more you know about Hispanic consumers, the better asset you’re going to be to any corporation,” says Ed Rincon, Ph.D, president of Rincon and Associates and adjunct professor at SMU’s Cox School of Business. “
