“José Maisonave and his family spent Sunday celebrating their culture through food, music and dance at the ¡Viva Puerto Rico! festival in Fort Lauderdale.
”We wanted to bring the kids out and show them their heritage,” Maisonave, a native of Puerto Rico, said of his New York-born children and his grandchildren.
”They have never been to Puerto Rico,” he said.”
