“Horn Lake’s public library rolled out the welcome mat Saturday for Spanish-speaking families seeking help enrolling their children in DeSoto County schools.
For the third year, the M.R. Dye Public Library offered back-to-school help for Latino residents determined to make their kids’ transition into public schools as smooth as possible.”
