Every Kissimmee commission seat has at least one candidate who is Hispanic.
Of course, no Hispanic has ever served on the five-member board.
It’s a pretty exclusive club. Only a few women and one black have had a hand in setting policy for one of the largest cities in the Orlando metropolitan area through the years.”
