“Mexico’s Grupo Televisa SA filed another lawsuit against Univision Communications Inc. on Wednesday, asserting its right to begin distributing its television programming to U.S. audiences over the Internet.
The aggressive move by Mexico’s top broadcaster shows it’s determined to become a leading player in the U.S. Hispanic market, despite the rejection of its initial takeover offer for Univision, the largest Spanish-language broadcaster in the U.S.”
