“Gallup’s annual Survey on Minority Rights and Relations finds that two in three Hispanic registered voters and more than 8 in 10 black voters say they will vote for the Democratic candidate in their congressional district in the November midterm elections. There has been little change in these attitudes compared with two years ago.”
