“El Rey Mexican Products Inc. is asking the Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. for a $2.2 million loan to buy property on South Cesar E. Chavez Drive and build a new grocery store.

The Milwaukee grocery store chain plans to buy five separate properties in the 900 block of Chavez Drive for $1.08 million and construct a 38,298-square-foot store for $4.4 million.”
