“Melissa Quesada, newly crowned Miss Latin America, urged children at German Gerena Community School yesterday not to let fear stop them from pursuing their goals.
Quesada, 27, told the youth gathered for the New North Citizens Council’s Summer Fun program that she may not have earned three pageant titles had she been afraid to take the chance.”
