“The Concerned Latino Citizens Group meets every Sunday with Dr. Stan Hamilton and other Latino community leaders to discuss problems they have with society. Hamilton, who operates the Hands of Hope Ministries in Wilkes-Barre, said the group began about 10 months ago as he and others would field problems that Latinos have in their community concerning, schools, medical assistance, police and housing.”
