Fiestas de Loiza is celebrating its 29th anniversary and it kicks off tonight at Amarante’s Restaurant in New Haven at 6pm. Here to tell us all about it is Raul Avila and some fiesta performers.
Beginning today, a portion of Long Wharf Drive will be transformed into a carnival as FLECHAS Inc. once again holds what many consider to be one of the premier Afro-Puerto Rican cultural festivals in the Northeast, Fiestas de Loiza.”
