Up to $1000 Reward for a good salesperson to help HispanicTips

Okay, as some of you know, I am looking for a salesperson (or someone with fund-raising experience) to help take HispanicTips to the next level. I had planned on posting the position to craigslist and possibily a couple of other places but first thought I would try a little viral tactic with some dinero attached.

If you refer someone and I end up working with that person, I will write you a check for 5% of the cost of the first two sponsorships sold up to a total of no more than one thousand dollars ($1000), once that person has sold two sponsorships of course.

So if you know someone that fits the description below, you must do three things to collect on this offer.

2. Make sure the person when sending me their resume mentions your name
3. Wait… to see who I pick and then for them to sell two sponsorships

HispanicTips is looking to work with a salesperson who has a thorough knowledge of the Hispanic-Latino market to sell our sponsorship inventory on a commission basis.

Why?

HispanicTips is the most complete aggregation blog covering Hispanic and Latino news and issues. Our goal is to help our community, or more specifically, to be a useful and helpful tool for the varied Hispanic-Latino communities in the US as well as the community as a whole and those interested in these subjects.

This isn’t about selling ads. We are looking for someone to sell the site; someone who wants to help the community as much as we do. In other words, this job entails selling the value of this site and the value of being thoroughly informed about the Hispanic and Latino community to all communities .

Take a look at our sponsorship page to better understand what a sponsorship with us means, but to be clear we do offer a good value for any sponsor interested in building goodwill with or targeting the Hispanic-Latino market, and we offer a fair commission for the sales generated.

I am not going to explain how hot this niche market is as the successful candidate already knows these stats. This is a great opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor of a leading Hispanic-Latino blog that can and will grow. And there is of potential for more with two of our other blogs, ticias.com and latinmusicnews.com that are currently in hibernation, but are a part of the expansion that is planned for the future. For now, HispanicTips is the flagship of Niche New Media.

As a brief background, HispanicTips has been around for over a year and has become the best source of news regarding Hispanic and Latinos in the US. It has been using Google Ad Words up to this point, but we believe in the value of our site and that it needs this additional step of adding a salesperson in order to grow.
