“Baltimore County residents will soon be saying “hola” to a new Latino festival.
Education Based Latino Outreach (EBLO), a nonprofit, will hold its first LatinoFest in Baltimore County August 25. The festival will take place from 10-6 p.m. in Towson, at Courthouse Square at Washington Avenue and Chesapeake Avenue.”
