“September 15, 2006, at 7 a.m. at Prisco Center in Aurora, Illinois.
Aurora Ward 2 Alderman Juany Garza, in conjunction with Community United for the 21st Century and Hispanic Civic Alliance, will honor Aurora Hispanics who risked their lives on the battleground. (See attached file for more details.)
This year, Kane County Chairman Karen McConnaughay will help us recognize those servicemen and women whose actions have helped protect the freedoms we take for granted today.
Illinois Human Rights Commissioner Robert S. Enriquez will serve as emcee for the event.
