“The League of United Latin American Citizens of New Mexico is upset about actions against New Mexico Highlands University President Manny Aragon, who faces a termination hearing Thursday.
The school’s Board of Regents, who placed Aragon on paid leave last month, is to meet at 9 a.m. in closed session. Regents Chairman Javier Gonzales has said the board wants answers to concerns, then members will decide if they want to terminate Aragon’s contract.”
