“The Hispanic Economic Development Corp. announced the election of officers and the addition of three new board members for 2006-2007.
In a release Wednesday, the nonprofit organization said that its board on June 20 unanimously elected Michael Rosales as chairman, Patrick Bustos as vice chairman, L. Noelani Francis as secretary and Bernardo Ramirez as treasurer. The board also elected new members Erik Bergrud, Donna Colding and Robert Paredes. Board members serve three-year terms.”
