EEOC accuses Albertsons of racial, ethnic harassment in Colorado

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges the harassment ranged from racist graffiti to threats of violence against Hispanic and black employees. The allegations are detailed in a lawsuit filed Friday in U-S District Court in Denver. “
