Tagged: Tejano“After the Fourth of July weekend, it seems we’ve hit a bit of a slow spot with major festivals and concerts. But there are still options, including Tejano, conjunto and classic bolero.
At the Jump-Start Performance Co. in the Blue Star Arts complex, singer José Rubén De León relaunches “Simplemente Lara,” his musical tribute to famed Mexican singer/composer Agustín Lara. The show is at 8 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday and will continue through July 23.”
