“A new interactive exhibit case on Allen County’s Hispanic history officially opened for viewing Friday afternoon at Fort Wayne’s History Center. About 30 people attended the late-afternoon ribbon-cutting.

The exhibit, which includes items such as Venezuela’s flag, a miniature of Peru’s Lord of Miracles Shrine and a University of Mexico Pumas Futbol shirt worn by a Mexican immigrant who has lived in Fort Wayne for five years, is a collaborative effort between the History Center and a committee of local Hispanics, collections assistant Randy Elliott said.”
