“With 5,065 Hispanic or Latino people living in Rutherford County ”” 2.8 percent of the population in 2,000, according to the U.S. Census ”” representatives of 10 local agencies want to improve communications and provide services more efficiently. They gathered Wednesday at Patterson Park Community Center for a seminar initiated by Read to Succeed, a local reading initiative.”
