“Drunken-driving suspects who have missed a Tucson City Court appearance can turn themselves in between June 30 and July 31 without penalty.
Those who turn themselves in will not be taken into custody on arrest warrants that may have been issued for failure to appear, Richard G. Fimbres, director of the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, said.”
