“Democratic Party chairman Howard Dean makes a stop in Milwaukee today to speak at a national Hispanic group’s weeklong convention.
His visit comes just one day after a top Republican official couldn’t make it to deliver a keynote address. Organizers say East Coast flooding kept Republican National Committee Chairman Ken Mehlman from getting to Milwaukee for the event.”
