“Excelsior College of Albany, N.Y., got high marks for the numbers of Hispanics it is graduating through its nursing program.
“Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education” ranked Excelsior ninth nationally in the number of Hispanics getting nursing degrees. Excelsior was the only college located outside of Florida, Texas and California to be ranked by the magazine.”
