“Peggy Jankowski was inspired to make 2,000 receiving blankets for infants in Honduras after she observed newborns in the Central American country being sent home from the hospital wrapped in newspapers.
Jankowski, an outreach worker from a Portland area church, traveled to Honduras in 2003 and 2004 with the Middle Tennessee Mission Outreach Organization.”
