“Nearly 150 members of the community showed up at Thursday’s New American Business Celebration & Fair at the Fisher Community Center to meet local Hispanic business owners and learn more about the impact of their stores.

“We want to meet the needs of Hispanic businesses and we want those folks’ involvement to broaden as much as it can,” said Jeff Vance, board chair of the Marshalltown Area Chamber of Commerce.”
