A local hospital worker (aka SA’s hottest Latino) gets his chance to shine in LA

“What is it about the University of the Incarnate Word that generates Latin stardom? Ricardo Chavira (aka Carlos Solis of Desperate Housewives) may not be the only Incarnate Word alum to grace Hollywood. Juan Enrique Carillo of San Antonio recently returned from L.A. where he auditioned his acting abilities in the passionate world of soap operas.

Unlike Chavira, Carillo did not pursue theater in college. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine science and currently works at University Hospital. Recently, Carillo got his big break when he tried his skills at another, more notorious hospital.”
