4,200 Nevadans registered to vote in Mexican election

“The Mexican Consulate in Las Vegas says 42-hundred Nevadans are registered to vote by absentee ballot in Mexico’s July second presidential election.
Nationwide, an estimated 40-thousand Mexicans are registered to vote in that country’s election.”
