“Financial planning guru Louis Barajas, author of “The Latino Journey to Financial Greatness,” will speak at Hartnell College on Tuesday night.
For the past 15 years, Barajas — who left a career serving what he terms “the yacht and Mercedes crowd” in Newport Beach to return to the neighborhood where he grew up in East Los Angeles in 1991 — has been focusing on giving financial advise to underserved communities throughout the country.”
