“Mi Rancho, a Hispanic-oriented grocery store, is looking to spice up the grocery market in North Texas.
Locally, supermarket chains like Houston-based Fiesta Inc. and homegrown Minyard Food Stores Inc., with its Carnival stores, have proven that they can bag ample grocery dollars by catering to the Hispanic population.
