“The Supreme Court (SCJ) today ordered the extradition to the United States of the journalist Jose Ramon Ortega (Chico), to stand trial in connection with the ex- Dominican Army captain Quirino Paulino.
The court’s Penal Chamber also ordered the immediate release of the money chamber Eleuterio Guante, who is also wanted in the United States for the Quirino Paulino case.”
