Colorado targets Latino population in seat-belt drive
Tagged: Lucha libre, population“Today, the state launched its first campaign targeted at Latino families, dubbed “Lucha Libre” or freestyle fighting, to promote seat belt use.
In the past six months, the Colorado Department of Transportation and the Colorado State Patrol have crafted the campaign and tagged it with today’s release of the movie “Nacho Libre.”"
