Internet, Hispanic Media Forecast to Lead Growth in 2006
Tagged: newspaper“Advertising spending on Hispanic media is expected to grow 12.9 percent in 2006, compared with the year before, according to the full-year forecast released Tuesday by TNS Media Intelligence. Hispanic media, which includes network and cable TV, spot TV, magazines and newspapers, will slightly trail Internet growth, which is forecast to be 13 percent in 2006.
General-market spot TV, outdoor and network TV round out the top-five growth sectors, with 8.9 percent, 7.7 percent and 6 percent, respectively. Cable and network TV will grow at the same rate, per TNS.”
